He serves as CEO of SuperOrg, Inc. and Chairman of the Chief Capital Officer and Total Capital Management Institutes.

Mark is the Founding CEO of the National Association of Corporate Directors, New Jersey Chapter. He served as Chairman of the MENA Region Corporate Governance Congress and is a Fellow at the Governance & Accountability Institute. Mark teaches Total Capital Management courses sponsored by Financial Executives International. He has also taught at Rutgers University, Singapore Institute of Management, St. Bonaventure University, American Management Association, and AT&T.
