Using the SuperOrg methodology, now the Digital Total Capital Management Toolkit©, Mark created billions of dollars of shareholder value as a senior executive and management consultant to corporate leaders for multiple firms in multiple industry sectors.

He has extensive leadership experience in corporate governance and board director education serving as the Founding CEO, Chairman, and Chairman Emeritus of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors, Chairman of the MENA Region Corporate Governance Congress, and Strategic Governance Fellow at the Governance & Accountability Institute.

Mark served as an instructor at Rutgers University, Singapore Institute of Management, AT&T, and American Management Association as well as the Lenna Visiting Professor at St. Bonaventure University. He also served as a CEO mentor for the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center and Pacific Community Ventures.

Mark authored three books -- Shareholder Value Assurance, Strategic Governance, and The SuperOrg Way -- and is widely published in journals including Directors Monthly, Directors & Boards, Investor Relations Update, Financial Times's Agenda, Financier Worldwide, Financial Executives International, and Human Resource Executive. He is a graduate of Georgetown University with a M.S. degree from Rutgers and successfully completed the Series 7 General Securities Representative Examination.
